Job Summary
ROLE:
You’ll spend your time producing and serving deserts to a high standard through dinner service and events a Japanese restaurant. You will work under a talented executive pastry chef and will have creative input to evolve and enhance our desert offering.
REQUIREMENTS:
A skilled & passionate pastry Chef de Partie with a stable career history. Consistency and attention to detail that comes naturally to you and ambitious and keen to help deliver a world class guest experience. Talent and experience in classic pastry and patisserie work.
